I can see myself doing the yoga in my head but I'm pretty sure I don't look like that . When I used to do downward facing dog after my walking dvd at home my actual dog would do it too. He could use the exercise I suppose.2

I L O V E yoga! I follow "Yoga with Adriene" on YouTube. I swear you will be amazed at how great you can feel if you follow one of her programs for 30 days! One of my challenges for May is to complete yoga at least 6 days a week.3

I love certain aspects of yoga but I think I need a class to make me focus. They offer them at work but at times I can't manage and I can't afford an outside class right now. If we do a yoga challenge, though, I do have a DVD and You Tube. Just don't be asking for video -proof, lol. Unless its of the dog. He also "sings."2

I wouldn't mind a yoga challenge. Or even a walking challenge. I've gotten incredibly sedentary over this winter and need to start working on that.1

My goal this month was to walk to and from my parents house by the end of the month, it hasn't happened YET but I have been doing 10+ miles on my indoor bike each day Hopefully the weather clears up soon I live in Michigan 80 one day snow the next lol I guess though it should be rain snow or shine I should get my butt in gear and walk2 -
I'm already doing 2 walking challenges but could up my mileage goals.0

I'm fairly new to LCHF and would love to join a non-meativore May challenge. The meat one sounds intriguing, but I have a half marathon on June 4, so probably not a good idea for me to drop my carbs too low while I'm training for it. I've been wanting to try some yoga, so that idea appeals to me. Or most anything else, really.0

Not my business, but a lot of carnivores are distance runners. Being fully fat-adapted is good for long-distance running because you won't bonk when you run out of carbs. Sprinting and high aerobic activities are a little different, but even the guy who wrote the book on running says he was wrong about the carb needs.1 -
I think a generic motivation challenge would fit a wider variety of folks.3

I would be up for a workout challenge. Something like 30 workouts/physical activities in 30 days for 30+ minutes (insert your own number, there). The 30/30/30 challenge?3

Depending on how competitive you are, I would hesitate to recommend drastic changes shortly before an event. Maybe just file it away, mentally, for the future.
If you've been keto for a few months, maybe it could be done without problems. As you might already be fat adapted. If you aren't fat adapted, at all, then it can wait. Some of us are meativore every month.2 -

Well, I'm not that competitive, but my sister, who I'm running with, is, so I need to be able to at least keep up with her.
It's only been a couple weeks since I lowered my total carbs to 50 grams. I'm not fat adapted at all. I actually ended up cutting my planned 9 mile run/walk short at 5 miles because I ran out of gas.
Thank you for your comments. They reinforce my original thinking that now's not the right time for me to try a meativore challenge. Another time perhaps.1 -
