You could also calculate as follows:
(Your calories) x 1.375 = new calorie goal
resting metabolic rate x activity factor

Combined Day 28 and 29 yesterday because I knew today was going to be busy. Got the mini challenge in while decorating cakes for granddaughters' dance and watching grandson, but now off to the softball field for granddaughter's game. Gonna get a mile walk in just to stretch things out. Let's all end strong tomorrow. Day 30 here we come!!!!2

20 high knee hurdle step-overs
10 narrow squats w/bent over rows
10 sumo squats w/overhead shoulder presses
10 lunges w/bicep curls
10 reverse lunges w/overhead tricep presses
(all w/10lb plated weights except the step-overs)
X 3
BEAST MODE COMPLETE!

Day 30 FW & LBD completed....plus 20 miles on the bike riding with my Ironman athletes (they were way far ahead and did 50 miles while I was doing 20) but it was a beautiful day for a bike ride.2
