My fave (and my 5 year old's fave):
    1 frozen banana
3 tbsp PB powder (we use the stuff from Costco)
1 container Chobani Simply 100 vanilla greek yogurt
    1/2 tbsp ground flax
    1/2 tbsp milled chia seeds
    1/4 cup frozen spinach
cashew milk to help it blend

    My 7 year old's fave:
    1 raw banana
1 container Chobani Simply 100 strawberry greek yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 tbsp ground flax
    1/2 tbsp milled chia seeds
    1/4 cup frozen spinach
cashew milk to help it blend

You could easily sub protein powder for the yogurt. Banana makes it creamy and using frozen fruit eliminates the need for ice.

    My go to is:
    1 frozen banana
    1 cup milk
1 scoop Vega protien powder. Vanilla or Chocolate
.5 c of berries. blue, rasp, straw, doesnt matter.

The frozen banana makes the whole thing come out like a milk shake.

    My new favorite is :
2 C Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Scoops GNC Total Lean Vanilla Protein Powder
    2 Packets Splenda
and 8 double strength coffee ice cubes.
Tastes just like a coffee coolata from Dunkin donuts!
    260 Calories, 19 carbs, 8 fat, 27 protein, 9 fiber and 3 sugar.

I get my coffee AND my breakfast all in one and stay full until lunch usually.

Perhaps less inspired (and thanks all for these great recipes!) but I have been freezing local strawberry halves and filling a Magic Bullet container 2/3 full of them, add sweetener and 1 cup of whole milk and 2 TBS Hershey's Sugar Free Syrup. So close to a milkshake for 1/3 the calories, right about 200.

    My fave:
    200 mL crushed ice
    1/3 c almond milk
    heaping handful of kale
    1/2 c pineapple
    1/3 of a mango
    2-3 strawberries
    3 scoops Greek yogurt

Put it in a bowl with granola and diced mango & strawberries!! I find it's better with more pineapple, but different amounts of fruit make it totally different!
