Today was a no pool day so lighter exercise
30 minutes stationary bike, 20 minute walk

Walked 2 miles today, logged everything and came in just even for calories.
Lost one pound this past week (well, plus the 5 I had gained. Lol)2 -

Had a procedure done today and will have to pass on exercise for the next 3 days per doc's orders. Such a bummer!
That is a bummer, but necessary. You could have your own mini challenge with yourself, to complete the challenge every day after May 6.

Questioned myself a bit today but came back strong.
Exercise- yes. 50 min strength class and 30 min ex bike
Track- yes
Calories- yes
@RangerRickL - pat yourself on the back for staying on track despite air travel... even adding in steps to make it happen!

@Dosse1320 @phoebelayla @aeshippers thanks! I was really down about it yesterday, but then realized I should be thankful that I can still carry on with my life without "formal" exercise. So I am up and moving today. I also decided that these few days are the best for getting back to intermittent fasting! I need a change to get the scale moving,2

Pass Day 2. Babysitting my niece again. Got home was too tired to exercise though not as tired as the day before.0
