I'm going to a family barbecue on Saturday, and I want to bring a dish to share that also fits within my Ketogenic way of eating. Any ideas or tips?

I like to bring guacamole so that I can just have a hamburger patty with guac.1

Buffalo chicken dip with raw celery and cauliflower (tortilla chips for the carb eaters) or a veggie tray.0

Broccoli salad, or green bean salad, if you use a sugar free sweetner, I prefer liquid Stevia. Cole Slaw is also good. I have used George Stella's coleslaw recipe a lot. I don't put the walnuts in, but otherwise follow the recipe.

Pimento Cheese.
Caprese salad
Queso fundido (watch the chorizo though. some can be loaded with hidden fillers)
Goat cheese stuffed peppers
prosciutto wrapped asparagus (pig product wrapped anything really.....)1 -
This except use full fat for everything. It goes over well even with non-low carbers.

Love Kalyn's Kitchen. I've made this multiple times with rave reviews:
