Hot Flashes

Question. Can you have hot Flashes without sweating? I feel this internal hot. Seems mostly chest, neck and face. At night I go from kicking off the covers and then getting cold again. I'm not sweating with it though.

    I've had instance like that also. Not so fun.

    Sure. I don't sweat with all of them.

    I get red ears and a racing heart for some of them. No sweating or general hotness.

    I generally don't sweat with them anymore. My chest is perpetually red fmor the flashes though.

    Mine creeps up my back. Usually at my desk at work. I'm constantly turning my little fan on and off.
