Hi, I'm MyriiStorm and I'm a cheeseaholic.
I just did a quick inventory in my fridge and found ten different varieties of cheese. Surely I'm not alone in this!

I love cheese. I have noticed that cows milk cheese messes with my skin. But, I have a lot of it along with my sheep and goat milk cheese.2

Me too!! We went grocery shopping with my BF's dad while he was in town, and got two 5 pound bags of cheese (two different flavors). He said "that'll last you a month or two, right?" and we both laughed and said "no, more like two or three weeks!!"1

Funny you should mention it ... I have just decided that dairy is undoubtedly my enemy. I have been on a stubborn plateau for a long time, so I'm off dairy. This is a challenge ... to say the least. I pretty much love all cheeses! Not swearing off completely, but going to serious limit my consumption and see what happens!1

*gasp* Say it isn't so!
I feel for you, dear.0 -
The annual cheese sale at the local artisan cheese factory down the road from my house is next Saturday. All kinds 2 dollars a lb! Bought about 15 lbs last year. Gonna get their earlier this year before the good stuff is sold out.5

10 kinds? Rather restrained, I'd say!2 -
I broke that drawer in my fridge from the weight...4

Never found a dish yet that cheese could not dress up a bit!4

All cheeses rock, goat, sheep, cow and even vegan almond can find its way into my fridge.1

One of my vegetable bins is reserved for cheese and butter only. There's currently 11 types of cheese in there, including cream cheese and mascarpone. Hardly a day passes that I don't eat cheese.4

I've eaten almost a pound of extra sharp cheddar over the last three days. Now that I'm looking at this thread, I may as well go polish off the last two ounces.5

I had already begun to wonder if my recent increased intake of cheese is something of a bad idea and you've reminded me that it's time for some experimentation. Thanks. I guess.2 -
Cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, Gouda, baby bell, Parmesan, Monterey Jack, one slice of kraft stuff, and an extra old cheddar... Oh, and two goat cheeses that were on sale. 11!4

On my last grocery trip I bought 8 blocks of cheese because there was a buy 4 save $4.00 sale going on. Not sure I'll be able to eat all of it before the expiration dates, so I may have to freeze some of it.1

Serious binge food for me for I keep it at the grocery store and enjoy on special occasions1

We love cheese in my house except the 6yo. But she eats like a bird, a bird that doesn't eat cheese that is. She even takes it off her pizza! Very strange child of mine.1

This makes me happy. Occasionally I worry I'm eating too much cheese, but it makes me happy!2

Can I come with you?1 -
Cheese is my favourite food in the world. It is also a crazy amount of calories for a small amount. When I started Keto and was on 1800 calories a day I could eat it a bit, but now that I'm on 1400 I almost never eat cheese, or bacon. Only time I'd eat it now is at the MIL's house for afternoon tea on a Sunday as it's generally the only non sweet thing she puts out.1

I don't know if you call it a cheese problem but I've made several trips recently to a local store that sells cheese 5 for $20.2

I love cheese! I have to only buy a bit at a time or I will eat way to much of it and will blow my calories out of the water. I prefer harder cheeses and enjoy some blues as well.2

Ahhh....cheese. I have tried many times to limit my consumption but it never lasts long. I have at least 7-10 different cheeses at home right now myself.0

Love cheese!! It is my favorite part of LCHF. I can enjoy it almost to my hearts content.
Speaking of cheese, what are some your favorites? My go to cheeses are extra sharp cheddar, Swiss and blue cheese. You will always find these in our fridge, oh and cream cheese. My hubby loves Asiago, its smelly and on the expensive side but the taste has grown on me the more I eat it.0 -
I love cheeses of all stripes! I do have to be mindful of how easy it is to snack down 1000 calories of cheese. Cheese is like mixed nuts... so yummy and healthy, but in the proper amounts!
Why is it that the stuff that is best isn't like the high fiber veggies we can eat all
We want!!!!0 -
And I thought I was the only one loading up the shopping cart with cheese!!!!!0
