How much protein do you need if you're working out?

    Most days! I didn't go so well last weekend though (Sat - Tue)

    i make protein 'ice cream' lol.

    I think about 1.5g/kg (.7g/1b) of goal weight is about right. That is in line with what they said. There is a big range of what people recommend on this. I'm only basing this off of what I've read other people that seem to know what they are doing and are not extreme.
