In college soon to be full time student, definitely having trouble turning down quick and easy unhealthy foods and haven't been exercising daily like I used to. I've always kind of been a little bit on the chubby side since I can remember, but it really hasn't ever been too far above average. Weighed myself here recently and found out that I've gained about 10 pounds within like a 3 month period which is pretty insane. Looking for new MFP buddies that'll let me stalk their food diaries and possibly exchange motivational support ☺.

My diary has a lot of junk food in it but I've scaled that back a lot and I'm eating at a 20% cut from maintenance calories!
Trying to obtain calorie info from your school's dining services. It can make a huge difference in what you end up eating, and you might be surprised with what fits.0 -
Hiya! Currently in the same situation as you. But unfortunately I put on 10kg instead of 10lbs during my "exam period". New to MFP and scouting for buddies0

I don't update my diary daily but I've found some good foods that fill me up while still being cheap and easy to make cuz I don't have time to make big complex stuff but if you need ideas for filler foods hit me up!0
