Ok so I'm a big fan of this author/blogger Amy Berger. She's very funny and knows her stuff especially in regards to the keto/lchf world..this is one of my all time fave blogs from her. Enjoy!

    Lol believe me her posts saved me a lot of confusion especially navigating FB groups <headaches> im just hoping this will help somebody avoid confusion :)

    I do think she brings out two important details:
    1. Ppl shouldn't load on fat for fat's sake
    2. This diet (any diet) has a danger of obsessive types... um... rigidly obsessing.
