Was down to 102.9kg the last few days, that will teach me to eat a big juicy steak the night before weigh in  still a loss, is a loss. Started using Libra this week and backdated all my data, according to that I should hit target at the beginning of December.

    CW 176.0 lbs 6/2/17 (-1 lbs)

I'm very happy with this especially since I've been plateau-ing lately and it's my TOM.

It's a weight loss trend app gives you a better idea of your actual weight loss taking the fluctuations into account. It's far more info than I get from my excel sheet.

Hello. First weigh in from me

    SW: 115kg
    CW: 83.2kg
    GW: 65kg
    Lost since 2014: 31.8kg
Hoping to lose 0.25kg per week
(Also hoping to be under 80kg before my birthday in 2 months but I'll take whatever I'll get)

I've been struggling with hunger these past months and was happy to have a 100g per week loss. I'm slowly getting that hormone hunger under control and I'm hoping that a weekly official post with my weight might help me stay on track.

    Starting weight: 175lbs (17 March 2017)
    Goal weight: 140lbs
    Last weeks weight: 161lbs
    Current weight: 161lbs
    Loss this week: 0lbs
    Overall loss: - 15lbs

Been quite static/not losing much for a few weeks now what with one thing and another (birthdays, holidays, meals out etc) think it's time to knuckle down and be a bit more disciplined. But at least I've not put weight on
