Only 40 minutes on the stationary bike yesterday on lunch and on a break at work for me.. but only has about 1065 calories and was super stressed out trying to get everything moved over to switch phones today so I'm calling it good lol hopefully I'll be able to go to the gym today, leaving work early to get providers switched and then have something all night... fingers crossed things go quickly with the cell phone

Went for a walk tonight And one session of my Jillian Michaels DVD Roped in 30. Pretty good considering the kids were home with me and we're stuck at home because it is so cold.0
