Congratulations to all the May winners! I'm pumped for this month and have started off well so far!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 28-minute walk in the Florida heat during my lunch break. Took me twice as long to cool down!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, just under 1200 calories.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, even water!
We're expecting more thunderstorms here off and on tomorrow (in the middle of one right now), so I might have to trade a walk for something active indoors.5 -

Tracking: this is my strongest habit..ok
Exercise: a lovely evening for lots of walking and chores on the farm. (I'm not a real farmer. I'm actually an attorney who lives on a 40 acre horse farm. We do grow hay, but it's a hobby farm).

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep, though my fitbit was acting weird, so it looks like I was way under (3000 calories) for the day

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. this is a big deal for me as I usually stop tracking by lunch.

Everyone did great in may cause everyone was TRYING so hard to make positive changes.
Taking a pass day for June 1 as this is my recover from night shift day. I don't eat or move very much at all!!1 -

Tacked food, yes. This is because of all of you. I was thinking I would just use a pass day but your dedication made me track my foood. The reason I was going to take a pass was it was my daughter's graduation and we went to dinner at a Brazilian meat place. It was all you can eat so I had a huge variety of food to track.4 -
