    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Stationary bike for 30 mins, 20 minute walk and a 20 minute pilates workout.

    Had a great run- 95 minutes. Then walked 15 min to stretch out.
    Won't be able to work out as hard this weekend, but legs will be ready to enjoy some
    recovery tomorrow anyway. ;)

    @lightningbolt9 If I was doing lifegoals for myself I did 5 years. They did not seem so far away and I could space them for relative milestones with my daughter. Who truly was and is my money pit. ;)

    @lightningbolt9 mine center around my daughter. When she was younger my health had more issues where I literally made deals with getting to different milestones. Next milestone is grad school 5 yr program . I believe she has 3 years left and if I got their plan right then they plan on getting married. The marriage thing I am never sure if it may come sooner.

    @2020pinktogo I hope your health issues have since gone away. Those are exciting goals, and kudos to your daughter for going through such a lengthy grad program!
