Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, morning walk for 50 minutes and then I picked up my dumbbells after a very long time, sore like hell now, but happy sore
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, in fact I had a very good deficit. Went to Chuck e cheese with LO today and didn't touch the Pizza. Its funny how eating leftovers has become a habit of mine, but I stayed in control today.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
