Exercise: Yes! My calves were so sore this morning from Saturday's jumping jacks, etc. (btw, don't do jumping jacks barefoot on wood floors) that I was going to settle for just a quick walk. But it was such a drizzly, dreary, lightning-free day that I had to go for a run in it. I love running in the rain, as I find it to be the best running weather for my endurance, so I got in 40 minutes with 11 minutes of warm up/cool down. I could have kept going but it started getting truly dark.

Tracked: Yes, and apparently my camomile tea has calories! Who knew?

@phoebelayla it's so tough when pets are sick and you can't explain them anything nor can they talk back.. I really hope there would still be a chance for it to be something else, it's inspiring to see you're persevering and going trough it that way. We've taken so many cats with sickness in our home during the years to try and help and unfortunately couldn't cure all of them, I know how hard it is to go trough something like that. Sending all the love I can2

I got some good and fun exercise. I love that.
I keep thinking about that doctor that got me to making changes all those years ago.
He was a former Air Force doc so he was a guy that could make or break military careers.
He fully expected that if he told you what to do you would do it.
So he was telling me to lose weight or find a different doctor. Well what happened was my insurance changed so I did end up changing doctors.
But I think how disgruntled or resentful I could have been over his commanding attitude.
Although in my memory and my imagination i morphed that whole scene into him ordering me to change my life and to have fun.
Weird doctors. I used to smoke. I had a doctor that smoked. Not that I rigged it that way but I'd be getting my physical and we'd both be smoking. He had an ashtray in the exam room that was heaped with cigarette butts.
I sit here now offering a little gratitude skyward that I ended up with that fit and bossy military doctor.

@phoebelayla oh I'm so sorry to hear this. Hope your cat continues to make progress. I've had 2 cats with breathing difficulties and it's distressing. We lost one sadly as he had heart disease and his sister has asthma and we have to look after her carefully. I know how much pets mean to families.

Modifying my calorie intake since I had a late night sweet tooth attack and finished the jelly beans.
