National Running Day.
This is the day to make sure your watch has a good battery, your car and lawn mower are running well, your fridge is running at peak efficiency, your computer programs are running at top speed, and your air conditioner is ready for summer...unless you are one of those health freaks, then run.
June Bug Day.
June Bug Cocktail:
1 ounce Midori
3/4 ounce Malibu coconut rum
3/4 ounce banana liqueur
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
1 ounce pineapple juice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in all the ingredients, and shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a collins glass over ice.
Sit by your blue bug zapper light and watch the Kamikaze June Bugs.
National Chocolate Ice Cream Day.
