    Rough week full of temptations but this is down from my highest this week so I see a win. To much salt led to a lot of water weight. It'll be back off soon. Posting here to show myself small failures are not the end!!

    Yes that's spot on. The weigh in threads are in the main page and there is one for each week running from Saturday - Friday, whichever day of the week suits you.

    There is also a progress thread where I post the month-to-month weight loss chart of those who have posted within that month and an overall weight loss progress chart. Don't forget to add your start weight and goal weight if you want to see this represented on the charts.

    Urgh, having an up week :neutral: this happens every month so I don't know why it's feeling so frustrating this time - mostly cos I just want to get under 100kg and it feels like it's taking forever, even though it's not lol
