Im on low carb intermittent fasting 16/8 . On good days i dont feel hungry most of the day . Makes me wonder if ive hit keto that day or is it a general low carb feature...

Could it be your carb addiction subsiding?

Low carb in general does that for me. Fewer cravings, longer stretches of time without feeling hungry, never feeling hangry. I didn't notice a difference between that and going keto for a while.

I think it depends on the person. I've seen people say that fats stimulate their appetite. I'm one who does best with the fewest carbs possible.

Some find that IF reduces hunger outside the feeding window, likely due to ghrelin entrainment. This is even in high carb folks like the original Leangains program.

For me while I'm fasting I don't feel hungry at all but when feeding window comes and I start eating I could eat everything in the fridge. I must say I'm volume eater so I like quantity like I would eat half pound of shredded cabbage in one seating with 5 eggs and some tuna plus bowl of lettuce and cup or two of broth

For me, it is the lack of carbs. I can tell when I am getting into carb creep, my hunger goes up. YMMV

If I only do low carb without any fat( or low fat), I'm hungry. Add some fat in, hunger is gone.

Having lost and maintained with something other than lchf or keto then switching into versions of lchf/keto these last 15 months or so: for me LC (low sugar, low starch) removes most of the fake hunger of cravings. HF satisfies my real physiological hunger. I've played around with LC high protein now that i'm not strick keto. Fat is where it's at for me and hunger. I can eat lean meat/fish and other high protein stuff all day long and without fat, I'm hungry. Regardless of carb level, without fat, I'm hungry.

So keto for biological hunger minimization. Keto is ...very low carb, very high fat or whatever keeps your body in a state of ketosis. Could be a somewhat different macro balance for everyone. It is good to find one's own macro balance that keeps you satiated without overeating calories in regards to weight loss. Neither keto nor low carb ( really) is required for weight loss though I am a strong advocate for myself.

I don't particularly find that I have hunger pangs with or without low carb. What low carb does for me (and so far I haven't found a difference between 50 g -- I'm active enough that should be ketosis -- and 100 g) is that I feel more satisfied overall so stop being hedonically tempted if some food I think tastes good shows up between meal times. But to me that's different than hunger -- I never really thought I was hungry when eating 2000+ calories/day, and if I really thought it was hunger vs. just wanting to eat something specific I'd go have something I know helps with hunger or that is low cal (like veg, meat, whatever).

The other day I was in strong ketosis and ate a lot of grapes, one apple and one banana that knocked me out of ketosis for the rest of the day but levels were back to normal the next morning. Stayed away from going over on the carbs but could not stop eating protein and fats for two day. Even healthy carbs (whole food sources) for some reason increases my eating for a day or two when back in ketosis. So I think it is the Carbs that drives hunger in my case.

Carbs drive my hunger as well.

This is a "chicken or the egg" question! It all depends on who your asking.
