    Same scale, same time of day. Did somewhat well on diet but surely not three lbs worth so not sure what that's about (water?). But I'll take it!

    I didn't have a great week, I injured myself and I'm now in a cast... but also trying to figure where I need to cut back..... carbs/booze will be my goal this coming week! Thanks for the inspiration!!!

    @ellie7187 LW= last week TW = this week SW = start weight GW = Goal Weight

    Greetings from Australia!
    This is my first weigh in with this group, so here goes.

    SW: 104.4 kg (Started April 2017)
    GW: 60 kg
    LW: 98.5 kg
    TW: 96.9 kg

    1.6 kg loss since last week, 7 kg lost overall. I'm happy with that.

    Next goal, 95 kg next week, that would be awesome :)
