Heavy whipping cream for coffee vs Half n Half. Aren't they both the same in carb count? Need your thoughts.

10.4 in a cup of half and half
6.4 in a cup of cream
Calories are a lot different.
I do either depending on my day. If I'm not eating breakfast, cream. If I am, half and half.0 -

That's a good strategy!0 -
I stick with hnh to overall reduce added fat. I still have lots of belly fat I need to lose.0

I'm similar. I usually skip breakfast and just have coffee with cream and some protein powder. I've always liked drinking my calories so it works well for me.0 -
HnH for me. Too many cals.2

Only use HnH when HWC isn't available, because the taste is so much more yummy. I don't consume enough of it to really be concerned about the cals/carbs/extra fat in my diet. I don't use much of either one. I also hate the taste of milk, but like full cream a lot.3

This is heresy, but I don't like cream of any description in coffee -- I can't taste the coffee, only the cream. I keep 2% milk in the house for various breakfast cereals (not mine), and that's what goes in my coffee. I only use about 2 Tbsp, and the 2 carbs aren't going to put me over my limit.2
