@scubachick67 hair is a very personal thing. Unless it went against the dress code our business has a very strict dress code. Nobody should comment negatively about someone's hair.
Today is my long day 7:30 to 7:00 drive thru. But it's casual Friday when you can wear dressy capri pants. I am going for the capris again yesterday my outfit reminded me of sherbert. Carol goes you look like sherbert I laughed and said that's what I thought. She goes all my clothes are black and white. Honestly I don't know how you can pull off looking so professional and wear so much color. Color is such a pick me up. I figured even though I have a sweater on if its a summer color it wouldn't look so out of place.
Well time to get moving. Sean and I seem to be using the exercise room together. He is very nice he asked me if I was going to consider the new gym. I said no it's unsupervised no classes and I have free equipment at the bank. He agreed with me he had his own concerns. Till later.3 -

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5km in 44 minutes (Hills - One Tree Hill walk - first time under 9mins per km for that walk - 4.1mph).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Scale with fresh batteries is now working as it should. 0.4kg drop from pre-sleep to morning. This is as expected.
Weekend is ahead (yay). Hope everyone has a great Friday.

Exercise: yes, took my (adopted for the weekend) dog for a 40 minute walk before work. Not sure how impressed he was with the pace I set as it didn't give him much sniffing time when he found something interesting. 60 minutes fairly gentle exercise bike while watching rugby this evening. First All Black test of the year and we smashed Samoa 78-0

I missed a few days due to camping. My wife and I promised ourselves and each other that this was going to be a dietarily well behaved excursion. Well, so much for the best laid plans. Is it best laid or best made?
Anyway, what can I say about budget when I lost track of my tracking? We got some good exercise though. I think I might take two pass days here though.
My knee was happy for the change up from bike riding. I think I will go bike riding today though. Maybe I will weigh in afterwards.
I went and looked at this place where I caught a fish once. Didn't fish but had a good memory of it.

Thanks for all of the birthday wishes! What a wonderful way to start my day. You all are making me smile so big right now! I went for an early run to beat the heat and bank some calories for later, so my day is going to be awesome.
Let me share my journey. I was not an overweight kid, but then struggled with those exta ten plus pounds in adulthood. After having my kids, I kept eating like I was still pregnant or nursing and quickly ended up 40 pounds overweight. Exactly ten years ago, the day I turned 39, I joined weight watchers and vowed to lose the weight by the time I was 40. And I did. I changed the way I was eating and got back into more exercise. I kept most of that weight of, other than that same ten poinds up and down. At the end of last year, I got serious again and lost that ten pounds, and now ten more. As of today, ten years after that original vow, on this day that I am turning 49 (!), I am officially 50 pounds under my highest weight ever!!!!!! I have another 1.2 pounds to lose to make it to a nice round 120, and then will try to stay within a range of just a few pounds. No more ten pound swings. I am grateful for the help and support from you all, and with it, I feel like I can do this.8 -
@debodom1962, Roughing it? not exactly because we do have air mattresses. (roughing it is sleeping on a yoga mat.) But yeah, we got the tent thing going on. Sometimes I put up my tent next to a Winnebego and those guys are all like, "well, there goes the neighborhood." Sometimes I put up my tent on a trail where a bear has no choice but to go by. My wife ain't too keen on that excursion but I sleep with one eye open and pistol, bear spray and camera at the ready. I always get weird dreams when I sleep like that. Weird mentality. Maybe I should seek professional help.

today all logged (a few beers to drink but they are also logged
45 mins of exercise over 2 miles and it was drizzling rain .. but it felt nice (even my hubby come out in the rain tonight which was nice as he usually doesn't) ... It makes the walk so much less boring if you have someone with you

Got in a 6km morning walk. Yay!! We are off to Waskesui this weekend. Waskesui is a lake in northern Saskatchewan. There's a tennis tournament that my husband will be participating in. I will be hiking.5

In case ye are wondering, I have a blonde bob, but I got some blue right up underneath. I am front of house in a small rural office. It is actually illegal here for the boss to call me out on my hair. There is no official dress policy. The conversation came about 40mins after I dinged my car and I am livid at the injustice of it.
Just two yes's again today. I have no motivation to move my kitten (kitten? Really, MFP? Can I say *kitten*?)5 -

Oh my gosh. That is so funny. I was wondering why people were always talking about kicking poor kittens!! I just tried it and now I see what happens (edited it out). According to my husband, and well anyone, I am oblivious about that kind of stuff.3 -

@bocasdelbobdog your wife must be a saint because there is no way in hell I would have been in that tent that close to a bear! I would have had to clean my underwear. Lol on the tent next to the Winnebago comment. Still grinning about that one.
@scubachick67 sounds like your boss was way out of line. I had my hair pink and blue year. Not all of it, just underneath. It was fun.
