    I am not worried about what the scale says. I actually need to gain weight for my height. I have too much body fat though. I am skinny fat! I need to gain more muscle which weighs more than fat anyhow. ;) My goal is to be healthy and toned! So not going to need you scale.... body tape you can do the talking. I am wishing everyone the best luck on their fitness journeys. You can do this!!!!

    My highest weight is 152lbs and lowest weight 108 lbs but that's due to a past eating disorder. Right now I'm struggling with binge eating and my weight is slowly rising.I don't want to let myself get back to my highest weight.
