Lots of things going on. Been eating pretty much at maintenance vs deficit. Hoping not to gain as taking steroid dose pack for poison ivy (ugh!). Having lots of guests over the next couple weeks and will focus on increased activity to provide balance. Keep on keepin on3 -
Hello!! After a long weekend with friends, a week of respiratory plague, 9-days of vacation and then getting back to life/work...I am back. I'm not sure what my last official WI was here, so I may still be up .5-1, but I'm not too concerned (note I said "too" since I've basically been maintaining within a 2-lb range since Feb, ugh). I did weigh in last week but forgot to put it here.

Never used premium, none of the benefits appeal to me. If you type Premium in the search facility in the forums there are a few threads on the topic.0 -

I am so pleased with 2lbs, I really tried being better at weekends thanks @tinkerbellang83 for the advice!
One thing though is... if you count above I've lost 7.5lbs so far, in my progress chart on mfp it shows that too but in my profile it says 6.4 - anyone got any ideas why there is a difference?

Had a good whoosh this week, I have been fairly active and haven't been eating much after my late runs/walks as it's pretty much been time to get a shower and head to bed by time I've gotten in. The elusive double figures are near, coming to a scale near me

I was expecting a gain. Spent part of the month sick with food poisoning and then, when I was finally up to eating solids again, cracked a tooth after losing a filling. With the heat we've been having, my main source of food has been ice cream.1 -
