Had a good whoosh this week, I have been fairly active and haven't been eating much after my late runs/walks as it's pretty much been time to get a shower and head to bed by time I've gotten in. The elusive double figures are near, coming to a scale near me

I was expecting a gain. Spent part of the month sick with food poisoning and then, when I was finally up to eating solids again, cracked a tooth after losing a filling. With the heat we've been having, my main source of food has been ice cream.1 -
