    Question-- Does anyone use their exercise calories or a portion? Not sure what the general feeling is about this.

    It is totally up to you if you use your exercise calories or not. Some use them, some use only when needed, and some don't at all. I use mine from time to time it is completely legal. I did read on here somewhere that it is good to use at least a portion of them.
