Yep.
I'm back.
Again.
With my tail between my fat legs.
I've gained all of my weight back but seven pounds.
I restarted yesterday, with keto, because it's definitely the best thing I'd ever done food wise, I guess I just needed to learn the hard way (by getting fat again) to realize it.
Other than feeling weak and lethargic I'm doing okay, I started the Lori's Salty *kitten* Water protocol immediately.
*stares off into space* Oh yeah...and brain fog.
I'd love for you guys to share with me your crazy keto journey, if you've have setbacks and slips. And encourage me by sharing your accomplishments too. Also maybe a few tips YOU learned the hard way.

Welcome back, can totally relate after falling off big time the last 6 months, and I also put on all but 7lbs of the weight I lost last year - you can do this, don't beat yourself up, and keto on4

Welcome back! Although, I don't think we know each other! I've been on this woe since Feb. I have NAFLD and I'm doing this to reverse it. My loss is super effing slow, but I'm trying to see that as the kuddos and not the goal. The hardest times for me is when I'm sick and all I want is some toast and ginger ale!

Been there. And then been there again too. I keep coming back to keto because I feel best this way, dammit, and it's the only way I keep off weight.
But you came back. It gets easier to stay this way the longer I'm at it. It really does. It will! Slips get smaller and smaller.4 -

It's the other more 'conventional' dieters you've got to watch out for....3 -
Welcome back. I will say I also gained 10 of the 90 I lost back only I was still being good with my foods. I just dared to add in some veggies which for me does not work.And now I know for sure it does not work. I dumped the veggies as soon as I found out I was 10 pounds up and weight gone in 5 weeks. I have to stay VLC like almost none in a day to keep the weight off. I can not believe I am punished by weight gain for eating a tomato or a zucchini or mushroom of some green beans. GGGRRRR So hang in there you know the brain fog and lethargy will leave yu soon and then your energy will soar.3
