Anyone going the macros route instead of counting calories? When I was in the best shape of my life I was counting macros and plan on doing that again this time around.

To be honest I don't know the whole science behind it but a lot of fitness experts/models use it and it's a percentage of carbs/proteins/fats that you have everyday. This link explains is better and has a calculator to figure yours out. When I switched to it after counting calories, I noticed I dropped fat and built more muscle tone.
