Happy Friday All.
I haven't had the best week for my weigh in. I have TOM water retention, had a pretty carb heavy weekend eating all the bread and ate out last night. To top it off it's been pretty humid so even after 3+ litres of water per day I've still been left thirsty. So not surprisingly I am seeing a gain from last week. At 7 months in now I am not going to let it stress me, it happens every month, some worse than other but I know it'll be gone come Tuesday.

NSVs: Managing to get a lot more fruit and veg in my diet without it feeling forced and belt is still on the last hole

Total weight loss: -24.4!
So, from 2 weeks ago, when I checked in last, until Sunday night 7/9/17, when I got home and could weigh myself again, I had gained a whopping 8lbs from my 2 week vacation. So, despite my loss showing only 0.4lbs lost from my last weekly weigh in, I actually have re-lost 8.4lbs since Sunday. I'm so proud of my hard work this week and being disciplined enough to get the vacation weight gain off so fast, as well as a little more. This success shows me that I CAN do this and how much I've learned so far. I know that it's unlikely to keep losing at this rate, but I'm glad my vacation bump in the road hasn't completely derailed me. I've got more confidence in myself now. I can go on a trip, gain weight, and not keep gaining when I return. This is my lifestyle change! Plus, the last time I was in the 160's was last March! Yay!5 -
