    Happy Friday All.

    I haven't had the best week for my weigh in. I have TOM water retention, had a pretty carb heavy weekend eating all the bread and ate out last night. To top it off it's been pretty humid so even after 3+ litres of water per day I've still been left thirsty. So not surprisingly I am seeing a gain from last week. At 7 months in now I am not going to let it stress me, it happens every month, some worse than other but I know it'll be gone come Tuesday.

    SW: 116kg/255lb
    LW: 99.9kg/220.2lb
    TW: 102.3kg/225.5lb
    Variation: +2.4kg/5.3lb

    NSVs: Managing to get a lot more fruit and veg in my diet without it feeling forced and belt is still on the last hole :smile:

    Your scale has budged 1lb is nothing to scoff at, it's a nice healthy rate of loss.☺
