Cheese and weird dreams

Do you have weird dreams if you eat cheese in the evening. I do, is like being in my own nightmare, but as weird as i am i like those dreams

My mom used to have strange nightmares when she ate cheese at night. She wasn't doing keto though. It also constipated her. Doesn't do either of those things to me.1
