How did every one do this week?
Today's a good day to reflect on last week & see what you felt worked & didn't work.
It's about consistency ...

I have not checked my weight yet but to me I feel that I did really well. I was able to go to the gym every day and I watched what I ate. I had a few days were I ate things that I should not have but feel good. Making sure I drink plenty of water while I work out I need to do more of.0

I did ok, I did go over goal one day but things were ok.
Beginning weight 7/9/17 was 254.4
Weight today 7/16/17 was 250.8
= 3.6 pound loss1 -
The weekend is always toughest for me. I feel as though it undoes my whole week at times since I am so close to my goal. I am trying to be more mindful though.
I think I did ok but there is room for improvement. I need to tighten up on my cal intake and drink more water. I was consistent with my workout.
I weigh tomorrow so I will post then0 -
Had a good week - lost 2 lbs. Today will be tough!1
