Hey everyone!

So add here daily whether you stuck to your habit or not :)
I saw a great idea on here but can't remember where unfortunately- but the idea is you put a running score, like Me 0 - 0 Bad Habit. If you keep the habit for a day, you get a point. If you don't, bad habit gets a point. Just aim to get more scores in the 21 days than your bad habit (of not doing whatever your good habit is)!

    Have to say I've gone over budget a bit! But I'm still weighing in lower than ever- maybe my muscles needed more calories or something!

    Yesterday I ate way above the allowed calories, but I logged it. Hopefully will continue logging and stay under my calories goal.
