Loads and loads of protein, a generous amount of fats - basically anything except trans fats - and reduce your carb intake to under 30grammes per day.
Drink plenty of water, keep up your minerals and vitamins, and above all, be liberal with the salt.
Continue.
For as long as you live.
Which, if you do this, should be for a pretty good long time.
Sorted.

Dietdoctor.com is a solid basic site to help you get started. Shoot for less than 50 grams of above ground vegetables (20 grams if you feel you must), enough protein to save muscle mass and the rest in fat. If you use MFP free version for macro/calorie setting, you will have to use 5% increments so 5 or 10% carbs, 20 or 25% protein and the rest in fats is a reasonable place to get started.
Be sure to get enough sodium if you do not have a health reason to limit sodium. You can read more about the in THE LAUNCH PAD of this forum.
Whether you are eating a ketogenic diet for weight loss or another specific health reason know that a ketogenic diet is a low carbohydrate/high fat diet. It is not a high protein diet. People vary their protein amounts for various reasons but ketogenic is lchf.5 -
I don't find that helpful without a definition of what high protein is. Because I've literally encountered people that think 75g a day is high for a woman...
Without resources it just creates fear of overeating protein. It did for me when I first started. I wish I hadn't been constantly warned against protein.1 -

Interesting. I was just about to reply to the comment before that which started out "Loads and loads of protein" and caveat that from the other end of the spectrum... that some people come into keto afraid of fat and think they're supposed to reduce carbs and increase protein, ending up on a low carb/low fat/waaaaaaaaay too high protein path that is no good at all.
The best answer IMO is the one pointing to the calculator: https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ Mess around with that, read the FAQ's and come back and ask more detailed questions if you need after that!1
