From the discussion I saw that we have a couple of sweet tooths. We should do a recipe swap. I have a really good recipe for Pumpkin pie (crustless) and one for apple cinnamon waffles.

Crustless pumpkin pie
Ingredients
3/4 cup of Splenda
1 tablespoon of cornmeal (I use Bobs red Mill all purpose or brown rice flour)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 tea spoon of ginger
1/2 tea spoon of salt. (I use No-Salt)
2 large egg whites
1 15oz can of pumpkin (just the fruit not the pie mix)
1 cup of skim milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
Detections
In a small bowl Mix together the spenda, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger and salt
In a large bowl beat eggs until peaks
Mix the two bowls together.
Stir in the pumpkin
Slowly stir in the milk.
Baking:
Cupcake
Place cupcake papers in a cupcake pan and pour in (should make about 8 1/2)
Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes.
Reduce temp to 350 and bake for 30-35 minutes. (Sometimes it takes a little longer).
Pan
Spread into a 9 inch round pie pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes.
Reduce temp to 350 and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool and serve
Calories:
32 for 1/8th of pie or 1 cupcake.
