Week 5!!
Start: 183.2 Week 1: 182.8 Week 2: 180.6 Week 3: 181.6 Week 4: 182.4 Week 5: 182.4 At least the scale stayed the same. I'm doing really well getting in all my exercise. I was away for a week, so pretty happy not to have shown a gain.

Had pizza this weekend, so I think my body is dealing with the extra salt and cheese. I don't normally eat cheese. My body doesn't like some of the dairy…
Week 3
Weight 201.2 (down a whopping 4.9 lbs) Been biking and walking. Fininished up my final for my summer classes (got an A in the class woo!) and now I can really put the pedal to the floor and kick start. Aiming for a big loss this week as well!
Week 2
Still going strong! Made my exercise goals, plus tracking what I eat. I'm also practicing Time Restricted Eating. Start: 183.2 Week 1: 182.8 Week 2: 180.6
Week 1
Well I have participated in 3, 30 minute workouts this week. I ate great the last two days and binged today but the point is that I am moving, eating more fruits and veggies, and logging the good, the bad, and today's down right ugly. And it's okay! I'm okay. :) I want to be healthy and live. Who is with me?

From the discussion I saw that we have a couple of sweet tooths. We should do a recipe swap. I have a really good recipe for Pumpkin pie (crustless) and one for apple cinnamon waffles.
