Switched things up I exercised before lunch
Definitely the way to go for me.
Hubby thought Friday would be the day to do the drive way. I know he is trying to kill me. Friday is my 12 hour day then he wants me to come home and reseal the driveway. Thank goodness I woke up to the weather man calling for rain Fri now it's been moved to Sat.6 -

Today has been super busy at work again, was hoping I'd left that behind in July but it appears this week will be similar ( next week should be better). Hate days like this where all you do is a work and eat then go to bed which is where I am now. Fortunately the rain held off enough for me to cycle to work so got my exercise in. Also tracked and stayed under calories started to make a snack while working this evening but fortunately logged it while making and realised it would put me over so had to switch to something lower calorie.7 -

Took the dogs for a walk (88 mins), mixed terrain and battling the elements today. It's been raining all day here and quite windy too. Not very nice August weather, but then again, British weather is quite unpredictable, lol!
Total steps walked today: 10,483 - distance travelled: 5.3km (3.3miles)
Total calories burned: 449
Total calories consumed: 1218 / 1320

Good Morning everyone! Wishing you all a happy and healthy day. I have done my planning for the day and recorded what I can so far. What I do is record the basics of our meals and once that is done for all three I fill in the extras to go with it. This makes things so much easier for me but does not work for everyone. There are times that I have to change at the last minute but that is easily done..lol Today is suppose to be very hot so my workout will be going to the outdoor pool for walking widths. I will be back this evening with all my positive results
@2020pinktogo you hang in there. I do know your husband is not well but I worry about you. It does not seem like there is anyone looking after you! So glad the driveway is being done on Saturday!

Exercise - Yes. I did W1D1 of C25k and learnt that it's a LOT harder when you're 3 years older and 3 dress sizes bigger than the last time you ran.
Calories - Yes, despite the fact that it was my mum's birthday and I made her a cake, so had to have a slice.
Tracking - Yes. Even that slice of red velvet...
Super tired now - my poor body can't cope with the shock of exercising two days in a row after years of lounging on the sofa, but it's a rest day tomorrow and I'm off to a waterpark for some silly fun9 -
@craigo3154 I've been told they are delicious .. I know they will be but I will not be having one lol they are indeed calorie bombs!
@trixsey1 I finally managed 26 miles ... I've caught up on my week, I'll need to get ahead tomorrow now

Exercise: goal was met. I did 1h 32minutes of cycling, with a lot of hills. Then I did 15 minutes of circuit training

Exercise?: 35 minutes of weight lifting, plus plenty of walking (though I got caught twice in the pouring rain today after thinking it wouldn't storm 'til evening.)

Tracked?: Yes. I was better at snacking at work today, but probably should not have had the banana when I got home.7 -

I opted for a greek yogurt and fruit parfait instead of a chocolate almond baked good today. Little changes each day can make a big difference. If you have been around, you probably know that sweet foods, especially baked goods, are my weakness. I have changed many habits to counter this, but it's still a struggle. I was proud to have made the healthier decision today.
Tomorrow, my boyfriend and I are going out for a steak dinner. Crossing my fingers that my exercise will cover my extra calorie intake.

Went out with my wife and friends this evening. It was an indulgence, but I kept under my calorie limit. I went very light on breakfast and lunch, so I had more margin while with friends.
