Hoping to not overeat this weekend, but going out of town for my birthday tomorrow. I won't be upset if I "enjoy" this weekend too much though since I've worked really hard this week.2 -

So I had my birthday, followed by a 4 day camping, music & beer festival, followed by shark week. Gained 2.2kg (just over 4lb) since my last proper weigh in (LW weight is actually Tuesday's weigh in from when I got back home). All in all this isn't terrible, some of it will be water weight. I also did a monster workout day on Wednesday. Exercise routine is back on track, just need to get my food deficit back on track, it's bank holiday here in Ireland this weekend, so going to try my best but might be a little half-hearted until I get back to work on Tuesday.
I make no excuses, I've had a good time, I made some better choices whilst I was away but have been a bit stuck in holiday mode when I got home and I know I need to sort it out.4 -

Was on a cruise and took full advantage of it. When I came back the scale read 10.2 pounds more than when I left. So to be down to only 2.2 more than when I left...I'll take it.4 -
