Greetings! I am starting out on OMAD this week. Let me tell you a bit about myself.
I used to weight 283 lbs. I got down to 251 lbs and then was stuck for a while.
On March 2013 I got into mfp. Between counting calories and exercise I went from 251 to 199 lbs that same year.
After that, I have been mostly hovering between the 200s to 190s. I am 5'7.7', 31, medium frame and male. So, my weight should be between 140 lbs to 163 lbs.
But getting there has been much harder than I thought.
So, on July 1st I started Intermittent Fasting. I went from 207 lbs to 202.6 lbs. Since my cravings and hunger have gone down and my energy has gone up, I decided to start OMAD last friday. So far, I am feeling good.
I want to reach 160 lbs by the end of the year. Let's do this!

            First week on OMAD.
Went from 202.6 lbs to 197.4 lbs and from 27% bf to 26.7%
I will admit that I haven't followed OMAD strickly and some day I was too low on the calories. When I eat at home, I find that I have a hard time reaching the calorie goal.
Still, I've been feeling good and I am really glad I've lost 10 lbs this month.4
