Didn't do as well today due to poor meal planning. Tomorrow will be better!

Met goals, macros in line, following menu, not quite finished water, B'S in line even without Lantus and glimepirde.
Yes getting my salt and lemon juice in my water, Love it.
PS, LOST 0.5 lb. No keto flu symptoms yet.5 -

Went over carbs, trying for under 50 and was at 87. It is still taking some getting use to but hey 87 is a lot bettter than 250-300!!! Almost mad step goal, still may before the end but as of now I haven't. Been so busy with work haven't made it to the gym this week either. I know I will be in there over the weekend.2 -

Weekends are the litmus test. I'm going camping as of about 5pm, so I've prelogged my weekend and intend to keep on the straight and very narrow. I'll let you know how I do when I get back on Sunday.5 -

However I am down 4.5 lbs since last week.4 -
3 for 3 today, and a good start on #4! I really didn't want to eat the lunch I'd brought with me, but thank goodness everything in the cafeteria was unappetizing. The bacon on the salad bar was almost raw, ffs. Sacrilege!

I had a hungry day yesterday and ate over my calories, but stayed ZC, I was also very lazy and didn't do any exercising but managed to drink all my water and I logged everything so still happy with myself3

Needed some suet for the birds so walked about 2.7 miles to a different store today. It was hot out there. Weather app said 88-feels like 90. I say 88-feels like 110 but I made it. ✔ 4 out of 5 days so far.1

Didn't make the calorie count today, thanks to discovering where to buy bulk macadamia nuts here in town. Only 150 over, and still made the carb count. Could've been worse. Went for a run/walk this morning to get my steps in. Boy, have I got some work to do in that department before my Dec. 10k!

I logged but didn't exercise today so I'm 4/5 for the week. I did get my water in.1 -
Aug wk1 & wk 2:
sleep in bed by 10:30p & end of day practice
water 88oz/daily & start of day practice
mineral salt & multi vit-min/daily
IF 20:4
netcarbs 25g, fats 60% ttl g, fiber 15g min
no chips (my current weakness)
FitBit 12K steps, 18floors, 90 active min/daily
HIIT 20 min/daily
increase free weights up 2lbs
--> aim to loose 4lbs & 3inches- sleep
- water
- mineral salt & vit-min
- macros...changing fat to 50% min (it was too far of a reach), otherwise all good
- no chips
- Fitbit metrics & HIIT
- free wts add 2lbs somedays it's just for part of my workout. I go back down in wt as soon as I feel strain, as I am not aiming for bulk and I want to be lowerback-healthy.
since Fri July28: lost 0.8 lb and 5.25" !!! (I measure darn near all my puffy places from my jowls to my ankles.

5 out of 6 days with at least a 3 mile walk. Darn close or over. ~3.2 today. Groovy.2

I was totally gonna blow off my steps today, because I spent the entire day watching the Crossfit Games on my laptop, but I guess they inspired me. Walked the length of my house for a 1/2 hour til I hit 8000. Only 20 cals over 2000 today! Not bad for a snacking-all-day kinda day.

I have had a tough weekend. Some personal issues I have had to deal with really took a toll on me. I will hit all my goals everyday this week!!!1 -
