    Needed some suet for the birds so walked about 2.7 miles to a different store today. It was hot out there. Weather app said 88-feels like 90. I say 88-feels like 110 :# but I made it. ✔ 4 out of 5 days so far.

    Didn't make the calorie count today, thanks to discovering where to buy bulk macadamia nuts here in town. Only 150 over, and still made the carb count. Could've been worse. Went for a run/walk this morning to get my steps in. Boy, have I got some work to do in that department before my Dec. 10k!

    Under 2000 calories :(
    Under 50 carbs <3
    12,000 steps (8 on the weekend) <3
    Lose 10 lbs by the end of the month (-5.2) (I think; forgot to write it down this morning)

    I logged but didn't exercise today so I'm 4/5 for the week. I did get my water in.

    since Fri July28: lost 0.8 lb and 5.25" !!! (I measure darn near all my puffy places from my jowls to my ankles. :*

    5 out of 6 days with at least a 3 mile walk. Darn close or over. ~3.2 today. Groovy.

    I was totally gonna blow off my steps today, because I spent the entire day watching the Crossfit Games on my laptop, but I guess they inspired me. Walked the length of my house for a 1/2 hour til I hit 8000. Only 20 cals over 2000 today! Not bad for a snacking-all-day kinda day.

    I have had a tough weekend. Some personal issues I have had to deal with really took a toll on me. I will hit all my goals everyday this week!!!

    Limit alcohol to once a week: i failed horribly with this one. hung out with the bestie saturday. it'll happen this week however :)

    I really need this challenge this month. I started keto in April 2015 and lost 50lbs in a year. I kept it off for awhile but has some stress over the winter and slipped a little. But over the past few months my cravings got the best of me and I ballooned up a total of 25 lbs over my lowest weight last November. So it's time to get back on the horse. My basic goals are not eating foods I shouldn't, logging my meals and staying within my macros.

    Over the weekend/PITA to post from my phone: did really well! Hydration not so good, but calories and carbs in check and no alcohol. This was even with a date night (dropped the kids off at the in laws and made steak and salad at home...we are exCITing!!!)

    Another day, another walk. This time to CVS (2.5 miles) to check my blood pressure. Normal. Rained the last mile home. :) Soaked.

    5/5 - First time in a long time that I've met my goals for 7 days straight and as of this morning I was down 4 lbs. Not sure how that happened as I've never lost more than 2 pounds in a week.
