As I thought, woke up sooo hungry after running out of hours to eat my calories yesterday. Felt like I was stalling out the 1st half of the day.
Started my lifts today with bench press and was only able to rep 6 before failure. The last time I benched the same weight, I was knocking out 10 easily. Decided to postpone the lift until after lunch. Had lunch, read for awhile and then tried again. Much better!!
In a nutshell- yes to excercise! Stretching, 50 crunches for my Ab Challenge, and Strong Curves Week 5 W/O A.
Tracked everything
Calories- Under, but not by much. I obviously needed the fuel.
Looking forward to Saturday! I am taking a rest day! Stretching only! Not to worry, I will meet the requirement by a long shot.
Loving this group! Night all!5 -
Yes x3, I almost skipped the lunchtime walk as I was busy but I didn't want a 2nd pass day! + 15 mins Yoga. For some reason I was well under calories eating, may be extra hungry on Sat.4

If anybody has suggestions for how I can incorporate a healthy, light nutritious snack when I have to be up at night, I'd really appreciate it!! I do occasionally have to work a night shift. <snip>
@cardio_enthusiast, I spend a lot of time in my car, so when I don't have time to eat, I try to bring one of the following: hard boiled egg, or egg salad (just the egg w a little mayo) on a piece of bread, smoked salmon, almonds, plain yogurt w a little honey, grapes, apple. If I'm home, I try to keep my freezer stocked w nutritious soups so there's always something to grab that's easy.

Exercised: yes. I did 70 minutes of circuit training with a lot of big movements--plyometrics, jumping jacks, skipping rope, step ups, and core work, along with squats, biceps, and triceps. Afterwards, I mowed the lawn and did other yard work for a total of 1hour 20 minutes. Great day!
Calories: I stayed within goal. I borrowed some calories from my workout expenditure. Had a very nice get together with some friends and had dessert and wine. Reasonable decisions were made:)
Tracked: yes, I tracked everything.0 -
