I'm sure it is nice to have the test over, and passed! It is always a weight off the shoulders to get these done. Now, since I am the queen of the "yes x 3," I will not take offense to the lazy comment (lol) but instead offer you a second interpretation: efficiency. Especially when checking in via phone while walking. No extra time in my life. ;-)

Dry day today so two walks for a total of 1hr 45 mins, and 20 mins strength training. (should have done some Yoga though... feel bad as it was lack of motivation and I have no excuse. must do some today.)
Tracking well under, dropped some planned food at the end of the day.

3 yesses from me .... walked a leisurely 30 min for lunch since im limited by my shoes lol.... ate my limit of 1000 calories yes. Tracked everything down to the last grain of sugar i drank...
