    Hi to Everyone,
    I am so tired. Took a proctored test today. I had to study about 50 hours for the test on Retirement Income Planning. I am an estate and retirement tax attorney. Passed the test. Now it's time to go to be.
    I'm going to be lazy here: Yes x 3.

    I'm sure it is nice to have the test over, and passed! It is always a weight off the shoulders to get these done. Now, since I am the queen of the "yes x 3," I will not take offense to the lazy comment (lol) but instead offer you a second interpretation: efficiency. Especially when checking in via phone while walking. No extra time in my life. ;-)

    Yes x 3. :p Strength training x 60 min. Bike x 30.

    Dry day today so two walks for a total of 1hr 45 mins, and 20 mins strength training. (should have done some Yoga though... feel bad as it was lack of motivation and I have no excuse. must do some today.)
    Tracking well under, dropped some planned food at the end of the day.

    @Sandera2 Well done, Aug 9 is a big win for you. It's handling the hard days that makes the difference.

    3 yesses from me .... walked a leisurely 30 min for lunch since im limited by my shoes lol.... ate my limit of 1000 calories yes. Tracked everything down to the last grain of sugar i drank...
    Yay im losing those pounds i can feel it lol
