Just checking to see if anybody is still coming onto this message board....I'm thinking about leaving the group. I check periodically but never see any new posts.

    Sorry guys. I've been off the boards a while as my dad had been in the ICU for over two moths. He passed away a week ago and life is now on it's way back to normal.

    I do hope we can revive this group because I feel as mom's low carbing is a bit more tricky. Hope you all have been having much success in your journey. :-)

    Hi just joining and starting low carb. I need all the tips that I can get I have 2 teenage boys, a toddler boy and a husband to cook for and am nursing a 4 month old boy so I can't cut carbs or nutrients too much.
