Its been a challenging couple of weeks. Was away then ive been very sick with a cold.3 -
Have taken this week to stabilise water weight gain during two week break.

Bit slow this week, my exercise and food has not been great this week, have done what I can but sleeping rubbish which makes me just want early nights and all the food! Ordered some magnesium supplements to see if they make any difference.
