Hey everyone. It has been a while since I have joined the challenge but needed some good motivation to push myself more than I have been. Been a little to lazy I think. So my goal is going to be 120 miles for the month of September. This means even on my rest day I have to keep moving

I had a great day yesterday. 9.06 miles of walking. I did a 15 minute walking video and then went about cleaning my house and working in the yard.

September 5 & 6: No mileage as such, but yesterday I did a lot of errands and was out and about for several hours so I know that I did walk a fair amount and today it was back out into the garden for several hours. Our weather was unseasonably cool this morning so I took advantage of it. I plan on the same tomorrow. It will get back into the 90s again soon enough.

Hello everyone. This is the challenge and group for me as I loved Lesley Sansone and have over 15 of her videos. I lost 54 pounds in 2011-2012 and then my mother passed and three me off. I went from 232 down to 178!! I am back up to 211.

I had a similar day, Up and going from 8AM and it didn't stop until about 7:30. No exercise routine but moving things between levels in the house got me over 3 Miles and 10 flights tracked.3 -
