What are your calorie settings?

Ladies,

Can you share your calories goals. I'm down to my last pounds. I'm curious what you're all doing. This is my Sept plan:

height: 5'6
weight: 135 lbs
final goal weight: 132-133 lbs
calories: 1425 + 1/2 exercise calories
exercise: heavy lifting 2x a week, dancing 2x a week, daily dog walks

Does that seem reasonable? What are you doing?

    Hi! Your Sept plan sounds great!
    I've been at my maintenance weight for almost 2 years. For me, maintenance is much more difficult than losing the weigh was. Here is my info:
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 132
    Calories: 1400-1500 (40% carb, 30% protein, 30% fat) Some days I'm a little under, some days a little over :)
    Exercise: Heavy lifting 45 minutes 4-5 x week, one long beautiful hike a week, one or two rounds of golf on the weekends with my hunny bunny shugga muffin.

    Hi there, your plan sounds good. I'm 5'6 too and the calories sound like my maintenance. I run 3 days and lift (not super heavy) and do the machines at the gym 5 days. Some days I lose weight some days I stay the same but I have enough events that I attend where I exceed the plan that I actually am maintaining, if that makes sense. Congrats on getting so close to goal!
