    Al, I am glad you are home, and sorry to hear about the crappy part. But the crappy will begin to fade as you begin to heal and get ready for Cardiac Rehab and then begin to make real progress. In the meantime there may be some "what the hell?" days but you will heal and rebuild strength. Rest, recover and milk it.

    Thanks guys. I truly appreciate the support. I am getting stronger, but will be happier when I start sleeping better.
