    @Nurturegirl thanks for clarifying, if you want your details updating in the monthly progress reports you will need to add your current weight weekly (TW= This Week, LW = Last Week) list of all abbreviations is in the thread link at the top of this post :smile:

    Just got back from a nearly two weeks holiday, hence I wasn't able to weigh in last week - I exercised like mad and ate very well before I went in order to lose as much as possible because I knew I would have a gain when I came back! the gain is worth it for all of the delicious foods I got to eat though so I ain't mad :p<3

    Bloaty from carbs, sodium and hormonal water retention, pretty much ate at maintenance, expecting it to drop off next week.

    So, I work day and night shifts sometimes in the same week. My weight was after working night shift. After a full night of rest, my numbers looked a bit different...

    GW: 200 lbs
    LW: 221.0
    CW: 216.4 lbs!
    Variance: -4.6
    Overall Loss: 25.6 lbs

    VERY excited to be inching closer to my goals!

    I'm posting for accountability, even though this was a rough week. Bad food choices, no exercise, plus not logging accurately equals weight gain. I'm glad that I didn't lose or even maintain with that kind of behavior because it would have probably enabled me to continue those bad habits. Now, onward I go!
