Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 37 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Good walk today - 36mins 25sec for the 5km.
Dinner out tonight with wife (Japanese). First time in a while. Really nice, but not as good as home cooking. My wife is an excellent cook.

Thanks @joyinlife77 @craigo3154 and @RangerRickL for the great suggestions regarding higher calorie/protein healthy foods.
@joyinlife77 You are doing an amazing job with your daughter's specialized diet AND your daughter is teaching you soooo much( the perks of parenting/lessons from your children).

Oct 13th - walked into town / dogs.
Oct 14th - 30 mile bike ride to Rufford Abbey. I'll post some piccies up soon.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep...Completed my first ever 5k trail race. Very happy with my 2nd place finish in my age group ( 65-69 , I'm 69 ), since I've only recently started running again. Raining like crazy, very muddy trails, and brutal hills, but still enjoyed the race!! I see longer distances in my future.
