    I actually had met all 4 goals, until I ate 1tbsp sugar free chocolate chips at 10:30 pm. :lol:

    Planning and packing breakfast/lunch the night before - :)
    Start using Fitbit again-:( forgot it again (left it in my bathrobe pocket grrrr)
    Logging my entire day's food in the morning - :)
    80 oz water daily - :)
    Vitamins daily (especially weekends) - :)
    Accomplish one put off household task daily - started swapping out my summer/fall clothes
    Be more patient with others - :/ pretty good except for my commute.

    Helping my son move and doing a walkathon this weekend!

    Btw, this is epic. But I’d still run from the killer. Flailing. With my winged hair barely blowing in the breeze since it held half a can of aqua net.

    Eh. Spent the day running errands and was late/tired when I got home. So no workout but lots of walking today. And 1 small piece of sugar-free chocolate, 13 grams :) 2/4

    Last THREE days were 5 for 5! I can't believe I am actually back on track after struggling to get there for so many weeks! Whoo Hoo! This thread was clearly inspiring! Thank you!

    Maybe I'm pushing it with intentional activity since I only got out for one walk during my morning break , but it's better than nothing!

    I will also be adding whether I remember to take my supplements because I really need to start those back up!

    We went to a fundraiser for a non profit for which I am on the board. I had one glass of red wine. I had a nibble of Lilys chocolate this afternoon. I'm okay with both of these things because they are not everyday and not in any kind of concerning quantity. Which for me, is the whole point of monitoring myself. I want to be able to have a glass of wine or bite of chocolate; just not the whole bar or bottle at once like I used to :P
